We received the following note from a new customer.  We take it as high praise indeed that we are providing her a better experience than Apple did:

"I absolutely LOVE this software, FASO, so far! I appreciate the elegant templates and the promise of personal support, the added exposure opportunities, and awards. It feels like I have finally found an artist-honoring web developer! Your website descriptions recognize the artist's strengths, manage the weaknesses, and sound like helping to share art is your love. I used iWeb for years until November then purchased another expensive software program as recommended by sales associates at Apple. It has been incredibly cumbersome. The intro tutorials didn't resolve my need to transfer data. To obtain tech support, one needed to pay for a monthly subscription which wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase. I tried unsuccessfully to find local users and the Apple folks couldn't help or offer a refund. I have been limping along and frustrated since then! SO, when I found you and read everything on your site and looked at dozens of users, I am fired up and ready to get this going! At this point, I'm starting to load images. Simple enough..."

She mentions that, "helping share art is your love."
