Clint. I was without my FASO email for the last couple of days. That's not good. To add insult to injury the first customer service person I contacted, Joey, offered no help whatsoever (please refer to tickets 419374 and 419765 for all the details). The second person, Hector, had the proper answer right away and helped as much as he could. I agree that FASO has pretty neat stuff. But this kind of treatment leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I do not want to work with Joey again (I had problems with him in the past - I do not recall the circumstances right now).
