I guess these thoughts are "in the air"...3 or so hours ago, I just wrote similar ideas... (9/21) about the specialness EACH of us, has to offer the world:
With the things I have really learned, I feel we all KNEW everything when we were born: we KNEW the -miracleâ, we KNEW every SPECIAL THING about LIFE, and our -self-worthâ.
~UNTIL it was either taught out of us or shamed out of us, by a person's anger or attempt to disgrace us!
With each -bad thingâ, I have come to realize, that those things, tho hurtful at the timeâ¦are there to REMIND us about the miracle each of us carries within, shown often thru our creativity, however our creativity may be expressed!
And again on 9/16 (on my blog)... > My belief, is that a teacher's goal should be to help a student climb their own ladder, and within time, to be two, three or four rungs higher on their ladder, not that of the teacher's! What a shame it would be, that you were to loose your voice, in studying how to find it!
Your painting should be a new discovery, of something that never existed prior. You already have within you all that you need: belief and desire!
This journey to yourself, is a forever thing. Just when you think you have -arrivedâ, or when your ego gets the best of you, is when you will fall on your face! In the unknown, we are shoved to the edge, not to fall, but perhaps to learn to fly!
Above all else, have fun. Joy is one of the main elements in Life, that is essential, in discovering beauty! Beauty in your art. And beauty within yourself! There is not a human being on this earth, that does not have greatness coursing through their veins. Greatness that can be a blessing to all who come in contact with it!
